I am not sure, if Kareena Kapoor is a style icon though her publicist insists she is. But I do agree that she deserves me in the race for the style icon tag. After all, which other species loses and gains weight in a jiffy? The Page 3 filmy type ofcourse. So though her size zero avatar didn’t rake in the moolah in the film Tashan that sank without a trace, Kareena seems to have learnt her lessons. She’s eating well on her overseas jaunt with Saif. And apparently, her beau Saif is happy that he has more surface area of his beloved to explore.
Coming back to Kareena’s slippery tales, here they are…
1. Kareena is particular about her footwear. It’s only YSL or Christian Louboutin for her. The slippers that she wears at home are from Hermes.
2. Kareena likes to have same slippers of different colours.
3. When it comes to casuals, Kareena prefers jeans and T-shirts while it is formal wear for parties.
4. Kareena prefers Roberto Cavalli and Valentino designs for her western wear. Though she loves Valentino trousers, jackets, sweaters and knits, Kareena feels that hen it comes to the perfect fit, Cavalli is best.
5. Among the Indian designers, she goes with Manish Malhotra.
