Gul Panag (twitter ID: gulpanag): This former Miss India is the hot flavour on Twitter. So good was she with her regular Twitter updates that Lakme asked her to tweet about their Indian Fashion Week Live. If you are looking at a regular tweeter, she is the most regular.
