>Lucid dreaming, anyone?

>Many of you might have heard of lucid dreaming, but not many might know what it really means. So here it is. If you are dreaming and realise that you are indeed far removed from reality and continue to dream, you are lucid dreaming.

For some, it comes naturally. For others, it comes through practice.

Here is how you can dream lucidly, too!

Before you go to sleep, remember you are stepping into the land of nod. Remember you are stepping inside an unreal world. Remember. Remember. It’s a tough act, but practice can make you almost perfect.

Another way to ensure you are dreaming is to pinch yourself in your dream. On one instance, it actually hurt and only later did I realise that I was dreaming. So remember that certain rules might not work for all. But it’s important to remember all of them, so atleast one can work and you are on your way to lucid dreaming.

Another thing that some people do is the moment they realise they are dreaming, they go into a spin and dream something else. If they don’t, they stand the risk of waking up in bed and losing out on lucid dreaming.

So if you’ve crossed this obstacle and are indeed lucid dreaming (some as said earlier are naturals), you could do one of two things:
1. Make a wish and if your location is soft on you, it will deliver. Eg: You are climbing a mountain, and you suddenly make a wish to fly. You will start flying.

2. Sometimes, locations like the one we stand on right now, have their own rules and will not fulfill your wish. So you just need to be lucky.

Best of luck. And do share your lucid dreams with us. Lets together decode them and move on.
