Not sure if there was any love lost between Shahid Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra. That Priyanka is a vivacious person is well-known. But what isn’t is if her vivaciousness is misconstrued as tacit approval of her co-star’s advances. It has happened with so many of her ex-es. And it happened again with Shahid Kapoor on the sets of Kaminey.
Romance is great for the publicity of the film and also to ignite passion onscreen, but most romances end up as one-film wonders. Once the film shoot is over, the affair reaches ‘the end’ too. The same goes for the Shahid-Priyanka affair. But what wowed us was what Shahid said at a recent Karan Johar TV show. When asked what he would do if he woke up as Priyanka, he said: “I would wonder what I am doing in Shahid’s bedroom and go back to my room.” Priyanka’s gaping mouth when he said this was memorable. But honestly, do they make a great pair? I think, Priyanka can make a great pair with any guy because of her vivacity. She’s the ‘it’ girl. And she knows how to flaunt it. Way to go, girl!
